Leadership of a growth-focused officer development program
In tandem with the Assistant Director, Intramural Sports and Camp, creative autonomy for a nine week, activity-centered youth camp, and supervision of three camp supervisors and 15 camp counselors
Collaboration with university and community stakeholders to promote health and wellbeing
Involvement in strategic departmental and divisional initiatives
