Under supervision of the Recreation Administrator plans, implements, coordinates, and supervises recreation and leisure activities and events for teens and youth in the community at Parks and Recreation facilities or satellite sites.  Supervises teens, youth, and volunteers participating in programs and events and serves as liaison to and manages the Teen Advisory Board (TAB).  Responsible for overall administration, development and promotion of activities and events and managing relationships with community organizations and agencies, funding organizations, program providers, and schools to enable or enhance specialized recreation program delivery.  Work is performed under limited supervision with considerable latitude in the use of initiative and independent judgement.  Work is review
