The Executive Director is responsible to the Office of the Mayor for the proper administration of all Department affairs as outlined in the Charter. The Executive Director oversees and manages all municipal service functions and day-to-day operations of the Department. The Executive Director performs personnel management, participates in collective bargaining, labor relations and participates in the selection of departmental employees.
