Wichita Park & Recreation an accredited CAPRA agency is looking for an Arborist to join the team! This is supervisory and professional forestry work directing the planting of and caring for shade trees in the parks, within the street rights-of-way, and city-owned properties throughout the system. Work is executed and reviewed by establishing goals and evaluating progress toward goal attainment. Work plans are based on immediate needs, annual goals, and the strategic plan; resolve citizen, operational, and management issues; and achieve goals while ensuring resources are utilized appropriately.
