The Heart of America Athletic Conference (Heart) is hiring a full-time Commissioner to serve the conference and its member institutions. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives and develop programs and policies designed to support the academic and athletic success of the Conference’s institutions and teams. The Commissioner will serve as the chief executive and will work closely with the Heart Council of Presidents (COP) and the Board of Governors (BOG) to advance the mission of the conference and ensure that activities of its institutions are consistent with Heart and NAIA rules, policies, and procedures.
