Manages, plans, organizes, and conducts a large business and recreation program. Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a profit generating business and recreation activity. Coordinates business and recreation programs, activities, and events with community and military representatives. Such activities include, but not limited to, amusement and recreational activities and food and beverage operations. Conducts management review of patron programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures. Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction, and mission accomplishment. Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity.
