Will be responsible to direct and supervise professional and support staff to include: determining reporting relationships: prioritizing/managing projects; interviewing applicants; ensuring staff are properly trained; creating and enforcing safety guidelines; conducting performance evaluations; handling employee disciplinary actions and grievances; making hiring and termination recommendations.
