$500 sign-on bonus paid at the end of the first full payroll cycle. $750 retention bonus paid after a full six months of employment.  PURPOSE: Ensure the safety of all patrons and visitors to the City's Swimming Pool. Oversee patrons in pool setting and perform water rescue as needed. Educate patrons on model pool safety procedures. Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment. Provide high quality customer service to all patrons, visitors, and guests.
