Library Manager
The City of Avondale has an opportunity for a Library Manager assigned to the Parks and Recreation Department. This is an FLSA-exempt, full-time position with benefits.     Manages the functions of the Library Division through the supervision of staff, budget oversight, grant/contract preparation/compliance, and overseeing the operations of the library branches, including facility maintenance, collection development, policies and procedures, customer relations, community partnerships, reporting, and programming. Provides communication between the library division, city administration, partner organizations, and customers. Ensures excellent and consistent patron services. Accepts responsibility for the overall effectiveness of the library division
