The National Park Service is looking for an individual with experience in park management and the preservation of parks in a large, geographically dispersed organization; experience and understanding of cultural and natural resources; experience leading fiscal and human resources functions, including attracting and retaining a highly skilled and diverse workforce to serve as the Regional Director, Pacific West Region in San Francisco, CA. The Pacific West Regional Director provides leadership for 65 diverse units of the National Park System in eight states and three U.S. territories. This is a Senior Executive Service (SES) position.
