A Business Manager within the Culture, Parks and Recreation's Administrative Division, who will manage and analyze operating budgets (including fee schedule(s), revenues and expenses) and capital project budgets included in the City’s General Fund, Conservation Trust Fund, Golf Enterprise Fund, Cemetery Enterprise Fund, and various capital funds.  The position will conduct ongoing analysis of financial activities, cost recovery modeling (fees and charges and financial modeling for various operations), implement the CIP planning process for CPRD in conjunction with Public Works and other Departments, provides support to Division representatives for budget creation, and assist with purchasing, contract management and personnel planning.  Creates and/or monitors Performance Measures, liquo
