The City of Newport is seeking an experienced, professional, and dedicated individual to fill the position of Recreation Superintendent. This position will manage the operations of the Recreation Center facility, including staffing, programming, facility maintenance, safety, marketing, and budget oversight. Plan, market, and implement programs, classes, and special events. Cultivate revenue and resource generation, and promote facility usage. Provide quality community recreation opportunities to city residents and visitors. Promote and organize regional events that draw people to Newport.
