Tamarack Nature Center is a 320-acre preserve in White Bear Township helping people discover the value of nature through play, exploration, service and inquiry.The role of the Outdoor Education Manager at Tamarack is to manage smooth day-to-day operations at the nature center, develop and implement environmental education and outdoor recreation programs, create a long-term vision and strategic plan, and lead a high-quality staff. All of these tasks should be seen through a lens of racial equity, with a goal of providing services to a clientele as racially and ethnically diverse as Ramsey County.
