NATURE OF WORK:  This position is with the William Shore Memorial Pool District/Shore Aquatic and Community Center. Under the direction of the Manager, this position is responsible for providing safe and developmentally appropriate aquatics programming. This is a great opportunity to get manager experience while overseeing a successful aquatics program and facility. They will provide onsite/in person supervision, including planning and leading innovative activities.  This position will be responsible for the supervision of a lifeguard program, staffing, swim lessons, aerobics, safety classes, and staff scheduling. At other times, the position may assist with the development, coordination, and implementation of general recreation programs for the community.
