The Springfield-Greene County Park Board is seeking a dynamic individual to manage their Community Athletics section. The Community Athletics section offer a variety of programs to the community including: youth and adult softball, youth and adult flag football, adult volleyball, youth baseball, virtual race series, pickleball, and a host of tournaments and events. The Coordinator should have an approachable management style which includes supervising, motivating, and developing a team of staff members and service contractors and collaborating with community partners to  provide athletic activities, camps, leagues, tournaments, and supporting recreational opportunities.
