Assistant Athletic Director for Clinical and Performance Psychology The fully embedded Assistant Athletic Director for Clinical and Performance Psychology position located within ICA will have direct administrative oversight of our clinical psychology and mental performance units. The Assistant Athletic Director is a vital member of the multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals within Penn State ICA. While serving on the Sport Performance Leadership Team (SPLT), this position will lead and manage not only the units in which it directly supervises, but also develop and implement a holistic plan to student-athlete mental wellness an
