You will have the opportunity to:
Oversee the overall management and coordination of the Aquatic Complex, aquatic programming, and safety education. Additionally, the Aquatics and Safety Coordinator will supervise an Aquatics team of approximately 40 staff consisting of Lifeguards, American Red Cross Instructors, Water Safety Instructors, and Aquatics Supervisors. This position works collaboratively with other units in the Division of Student Affairs and throughout the University to enhance the role of recreation in the lives of the Boise State community.
The breakdown of the position duties:
40% staff supervision, onboarding, and development
30% Aquatics program management and development
20% Aquatics Complex facility operations
10% risk management and safety
