Under administrative direction, provides administrative program management and support for the Arts and Recreation Department, Community Development Department or the Police Department. The main responsibilities include conducting budgetary, financial and policy analyses, evaluating the impact of budgetary and fiscal policy initiatives, monitoring department expenditures and ensuring costs remain within the anticipated budget, and processing budget/grant efforts.
Salary: $94,571.10 - $127,918.44 Annually
Qualifications Any combination of experience and education that would provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and abilities would be:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in business or public administration or a related field, and a minimum of four years of related administrative experience which included financial analysis, budgeting and/or grant administration. Preference will be given to candidates with related public and/or non profit experience.
