McPherson College is seeking a collaborative and dynamic individual eager to serve as the Assistant/Associate Athletic Director. (The title will be provided commensurate with experience and education). This position is responsible for assisting in the management of all athletic activities, events and personnel and is actively involved in student-athlete enrollment and retention efforts. The successful applicant must be comfortable mentoring athletic staff, being a campus leader and managing a budget.
