This position directs, manages, and administers parks, recreation and special events that improve the quality of life for our residents.  The Director of Parks and Recreation directs personnel, budget, cemetery, parks and building maintenance, trails, aquatics, main street maintenance, sports and recreation programs, special events, community center activities, youth programs, and other functions of the Ruidoso Parks and Recreation Department through subordinate supervisors.
