Summary: Plans, organizes, manages, coordinates, and participates in providing a comprehensive City-wide facilities management program. Manages, develops, and evaluates preventative maintenance programs, biennial budgeting, compliance inspections, 5-year capital improvement program, maintenance and improvements of facilities, repair and maintenance projects, and staff.
