ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develops and implements diversity initiatives that relate to hiring, special assignment opportunities, promotions, and retention in order to create and maintain a diverse workplace Provides analytical support of strategic goals and other performance improvement functions Analyzes data and prepares reports Assists with the development of departmental performance benchmarks and measurements UNDER ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION Researches, develops, recommends, and executes creative strategies to foster the organizations equity and diversity goals Assesses and analyzes the extent to which policies and training procedures support or hinder the agency’s diversity goals Collects and analyzes
