Summary Under general supervision, provides customer service and assistance to Athletic Club patrons and visitors by providing information, processing paperwork, and enforcing policies and procedures.  This position's schedule will be every Wednesday and Thursday 5pm-10pm, rotating every other Friday 5pm-8pm, rotating Saturday 7:45am-3pm or 3pm-8pm, and every other Sunday 12:45pm-6pm.   Essential Functions -- Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: Greets and assists walk-in patrons; answers phones; provides information regarding policies, procedures, and memberships; scans membership cards for check-ins and issues passes
