As a Forestry Leader, you will play a key role in the preservation, maintenance and growth of Edmonton’s Municipal Forest. You will be responsible to prepare the annual operational plans for the Forestry Pruning portfolio and manage the day to day oversight of labour, equipment and materials used to deliver services. Some key responsibilities are: Supervise and mentor a team of Urban Foresters and Crew Leaders Work closely with other Urban Forestry Leaders to provide an integrated leadership approach Work closely with the Supervisor of Forestry Operations to plan, deliver and monitor monthly work plans, budget and variances.
