Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsible for creating and managing a programmatic aesthetics plan for the year. Assist heavily with recruiting efforts, including official and unofficial visits, and perform other duties assigned by the Head Coach.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, experience and training required. Ability to comply with the laws, policies, rules, and regulations governing the University and its employees and the rules of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (the “NCAA”) and the BIG Ten Conference. Required to work non-standard hours and travel to numerous athletic and related events. Ability to perform outside of traditional works hours will be necessary.

Must possess strong organizational skills, innovative thinking, and advanced experience utilizing Adobe software. Collegiate level experience within a basketball or football program recommended, along with an understanding of NCAA compliance rules.

Preferences:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, experience and training required. Minimum of one (1) years NCAA Division 1 or professional experience preferably within athletics.
