Manager IV - ADA Branch Manager/TPWD ADA Coordinator
Performs highly complex (senior-level) managerial work administering the daily operations and activities of an agency’s business function, division, or department.  Under the direction of the Support Resources Division Director, this position is responsible for Texas Parks and Wildlife Department’s (TPWD) compliance to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Sections 503 and 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and all other federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to persons with disabilities.  Responsible for providing assistance to the public with questions and concerns about disability discrimination and investigating complaints.  Leads audits and site evaluations for the agency’s programs, policies, activities, services, and facilities for ADA compliance.  Works t
