PURPOSE: Direct, administer and supervise the activities, operations, and maintenance of the aquatics facility to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Assist with the development, preparation, execution, and supervision of all aquatics-related programs and staff. Provide input on the development of the budget. Assist with the facility’s maintenance. Interact with the public and co-workers. This position requires the person hired to work a flexible schedule.
