Associate Athletic Director, Membership Services
The Associate Athletic Director, Membership Services serves as a member of the Athletics Development leadership team and is responsible for managing four (4) direct reports and working with current and new Trojan Athletic Fund (TAF) members and season ticket holders. Leading a team that serves as a first point of contact at the university, the Associate AD will coordinate annual TAF, ticket and parking renewals, administer Ballena seat upgrade process, ensure fulfillment of membership benefits, and implement strategies to build relationships to increase renewal percentages and encourage progression through the donor pipeline. Knowledge of and experience working in higher education preferred. Understanding of the unique culture and needs of college athletes preferred. This position serves
