GENERAL DUTIES: Under the direction of the Executive Director, provide administrative support to the Executive Director, the Board of Directors, Committees, plus act as a liaison with related and outside organizations. Is responsible for provision of management services to the membership. RESPONSIBILITIES: OFFICE MANAGEMENT Assist in the administration of the day-to-day operation of the Association. Solicits and evaluates quotations for outside services (i.e. accounting, printing, graphics, typesetting for all publications, and major purchases, etc.). Recommends and projects future growth of the Association Office regarding staffing and equipment needs with the Executive Director.
