Manages the Athletics division’s operations through identification of core services and application of strategic planning techniques; develops and implements policies, procedures, and planning documents to provide for efficient delivery of services; manages and monitors work performance services by hiring, directing and evaluating staff assignments; collaborates with funding agencies, community organizations, businesses and other departments; monitors budget for division, grant and assigned capital improvement projects.
