Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have current or recent hands-on experience with public counter/front desk operations in Recreation. Demonstrated experience supporting day-to-day operations of a Recreation facility is essential for success in this position. This position will oversee complex public counter issues, guest relations and customer needs. Therefore, effective communication skills, customer service and problem solving skills are required. Experience providing special event and program coordination support, and event logistics is desirable. Applicants with direct recreation management software experience such as ACTIVE Net and Class are preferred. Please note: this position’s work schedule may include holidays, evenings and weekends.
