Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics, a Division I and Big Ten Conference member, is seeking a Video Producer/Director to lead our production efforts for Penn State Football. This position leads the development and production of visually compelling, high quality storytelling showcasing everything that is Penn State University and Penn State Football. This content will be used and shared in a wide variety of ways through all our social media channels as well as used in-game at Beaver Stadium, during live television broadcasts, live video streams and other special events such as bowl game pep rallies, National Signing Day and more. The Video Producer/Director will be responsible for maintaining and growing a strong relationship with the football program while conceptualizing, filming, scripting, editing, and delivering best-in-class content.
This position will be filled at a level 3 or level 4, depending upon the successful candidate's competencies, education, and experience. Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree or higher plus 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience for a level 3. Additional experience and/or education and competencies are required for higher level jobs.
This position requires the following clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required.
