The Superintendent of District Services and Projects is appointed by and reports to the Executive Director. The Superintendent is the main administrator and responsible for the District’s Human Resource functions and directly assists the Executive Director in the coordination of all employment issues. The Superintendent is responsible for the overall planning, management, operations, and administration of various support services for the District.
Current management areas within the department include Information Technology, Risk Management, Communications and Marketing, Project Management, Staff Recruitment, and Volunteer Programs.
The ideal candidate will possess: • BA/BS in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum five(5) years of progressive Human Resource management experience, preferably in the public sector. • Master’s degree preferred. • CPRP preferred. • SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP preferred.
