Responsible, under the supervision of the Parks Special Projects Administrator, for conceptual park planning, design, and project administration, including implementation, of improvements and enhancements to open spaces, trails, greenbelt corridors, rights-of-way, sports and recreation facilities, and other park developments. The position will provide responsible staff assistance for coordination of project management information to other divisions, departments, outside agencies, and the general public. Essential Job Functions
Minimum Education & Work Experience Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from a college or university with an accredited Landscape Architecture program 3 years related experience Licensed to practice as a Registered Landscape Architect in the State of Texas; Or must obtain a license to practice in the State of Texas within one year of hire Applicant should have at least two years of experience creating Construction Documents including layout, grading, planting, and detailing utilizing AutoCad 2014 Preferred Knowledge - Abilities & Skills Education/ Experience:
