The City of Pelham Parks and Recreation is currently accepting applications for a full-time position of Manager on Duty (Recreation Coordinator over Athletics).  This position creates, plans, schedules, implements, and evaluates adult and youth sport programs for the Parks and Recreation department. 

Representative Duties and Responsibilities:  The list is not intended to be all-inclusive nor exclusive, but is intended to provide examples of typical duties performed.

Evaluates athletic interests and needs for programs and activities.

Develops, organizes, promotes and administers sport programs for youth and adults.

Determines material, equipment, facility, supervision or instruction needs for each activity or program and coordinates with other staff members.

Coordinates and leads drafts for each sports division and ensures all coaches are certified according to State requirements and are up to date on all rules for the season.
