The City of Maryville, MO is seeking a Park Director to manage, direct, supervise and coordinate all activities, operations, programs and services at Mozingo Lake Recreation Park. The Park is a 3,000-acre City owned facility that includes a 1,000-acre lake, camping, cabins, fishing, boating, two golf courses, and newly built event center. Countless opportunities exist for the right individual to continue the growth of the Park, which has been recognized nationally as a premier fishing and golfing destination and receives over 400,000 annual visits.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a Master’s degree in Parks and Recreation Administration, Business Administration, Hospitality & Event Management, Facilities Management or closely related field, and at least 3-5 years of related experience.
The annual salary is $56,326-$76,232 DOQ with fully funded retirement contributions, and health, dental, and life insurance.
