Develop, implement and promote recreational and service activities for older adults. Manage the Senior and Community Center staff, operations and facility. Participate on the Department Management Team. These tasks are illustrative only and may include other related duties.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in recreation, business administration, public health or a related field and four years increasingly responsible work experience in a community-based recreation facility, including at least two years of supervisory experience.
First Aid and CPR Certification is required within probationary period.
Possession or ability to obtain and maintain a valid Oregon Drivers License.
Must have ability to pass a background and/or a criminal history check.
