The Resource Manager/Performance Analyst performs administrative and analytic duties assisting the Director of Recreation in overseeing department resources, providing leadership and management for performance measurement and evaluation of activities, other related work, as required. Oversees Recreation facilities permits and usage, including park, athletic fields, recreation centers and gymnasium; ensures that all necessary safety techniques and systems are in place to ensure safety and buildings and equipment are properly maintained; oversees and implements an emergency action plan for each facility, Helps with monitoring, ordering, and distributing inventory, equipment and supplies. Implements and manages internal systems for conducting ongoing outcomes measurement and assessments; participates in conversations with department staff, and other key stakeholders to determine appropriate metrics and benchmarks for organizational success, including the production of publications, presentations, research resources and briefing/white papers. Administrative work performed in office conditions, field work performed outside.
B.A. in public administration, public policy, social science, leisure services, physical education, or related field. M.B.A preferred. Experience with both quantitative and qualitative analysis and methods and software. Starting Weekly Salary $1,425. Resume and letter of interest by July 16, 2019.
