Salary $120K-$140K w/excellent benefits. Responsible for $4m parks and recreation budget, all matters relative to the operation of such Department, including budgeting ability, daily oversight of workforce capabilities, marketing and public relations, recreation programming and maintenance of facilities: a lg. community park w/lighted athletic fields, inclusive of 4 ball fields, a multi-use field, outdoor roller hockey rink, a seasonal swimming pool complex, indoor tennis courts, clubhouse, 4 platform tennis courts, playground and miniature golf course; a 48.5 acre athletic field complex, w/a field house, cultural center, playground, comfort station, 5 neighborhood parks, a senior center. Req. bachelor’s degree and min. 5 yrs. of management exp. Additional experience in a lg. recreation and parks department a plus but not required.
