As a member of the Recreation team, incumbents in this position are responsible for patrolling lake activities during their assigned working hours to ensure the safety of the patrons on Windsor Lake.
This position requires work throughout the week as well as evenings and weekends. This temporary employment may be scheduled through the year on a full-time basis depending on the needs of the town, but will not exceed six months in length (or 1,040 hours, whichever comes first). This is strictly temporary (“at will”) employment which may be terminated at any time and does not lead to regular full-time employment.
