The University of Wyoming announces the opening for an Assistant/Associate AD, Development in Intercollegiate Athletics. This is a benefited full-time 12 month position. Final determination of title will be dependent upon the successful applicant’s demonstrated knowledge, skills, and experience in relation to the requirements for the position. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Development & Revenue Enhancement and will be responsible for the following: -Day to day management and operation of the Cowboy Joe Club -Oversight and coordination of the annual fund -Consistent communication and coordination with the University of Wyoming Foundation in regard to donor cultivation, solicitation, & stewardship -Assist in future major capital campaign(s) -Manage a portfolio of 100+ donors -Coordinate and assist with special event fundraising activities within the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics (auctions, golf tournaments, outreach activities and special projects). -Management and sales of premium seating (football, men’s & women’s basketball, wrestling, & volleyball) -Oversight of priority point implementation for priority seating and parking for football, basketball, & post-season events -Active participation and involvement in Cowboy Joe Club board of directors’ meetings -Assist with donor travel -Ability and flexibility to travel (extensively)

Minimum Qualifications:
