This is a full-time, benefit eligible position that assists the Associate Athletic Director for Ticket Operations and ticket managers with various office projects to include the preparation of daily deposits and balancing batch reports from daily ticket sales; printing and management of various sales reports, preparation of journal entries using Peoplesoft, processing spreadsheets, entering student charges in student accounts receivable; reconciling and claiming credit card wires and deposits and assisting the athletic ticketing accountant in other related projects. Additionally, this position will be responsible for supervising Missouri State High School Athletic Events held in various venues located within the Mizzou Sports Park. A high school diploma and at least 3 years of previous experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS to include strong computer skills and profieciency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional, self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to adapt in a busy work enviroment. Proficient ability in written and mathematical processes.
