The City of Portland Bureau of Parks and Recreation(PP&R) is seeking a Finance, Property and Technology Manager (FP&T Manager). Portland Parks & Recreation is the steward of a diverse portfolio of parks, natural areas, urban forests and recreational facilities with an annual budget over $200 million; and employs 615 full-time employees and more than 3,100 seasonal staff. The budget consists of nine funding sources including general funds, system development charge, grants, enterprise funds, capital funds, program revenues, levy, trusts and endowment funds. The FP&T Manager serves as the budget and financial administrator for the bureau who will plan, organize and evaluate the work of the Accounting, Finance, Property and Business Development, Customer Service, Systems Development Charge Program and Technology teams, which provide a broad variety of business administrative support services to the bureau.
