This position is responsible for the daily closing of the Community Center, which may include holidays; Supervision and training of the Front Desk and Child Care staff; Organize and Manage facility rental program for Events/Parties/Rentals; Create and implement Teen and Child programming; assist in events outside of normal business hours; utilization and training of RecTrac program; reconciliation of daily cash and deposits; Responds to inquiries and resolve difficult customer service issues; Audits and maintains facility paperwork and reports.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 2-3 years of quality Supervision/Customer Service experience. Extensive knowledge of and experience with RecTrac software. Experience managing events and parties. Ability to speak and resolve guest issues and strong problem solving skills. Ability to provide and demonstrate exceptional customer service. Must have working knowledge of financial management, contract administration, marketing, public relations, codes, and specifications pertinent to recreation facilities management. Must have the ability to establish positive public relations while interacting with a diverse population. Listening, writing, and oral communication skills are required. Must be highly organized.
