Under the direction of the Parks, Recreation & Culture Director this incumbent serves as the head of the Recreation Center within Recreation Division. The Operation & Facilities Manager is responsible for administering all work occurring in the recreation center, Chimney Park Pool and other related structures within the parks systems; preparing and maintaining the assigned portions of the department budget; works in conjunction with the Recreation Manger and the Parks Operations Manager; directing personal, engaging in program improvements and facilities maintenance.

Graduation from a four year college or university with major work in recreation management or public administration or closely related field
Five years of progressive technical, supervisory, planning, and administrative experience in the Parks, Recreation
Five years of supervisory experience of both technical and administrative staff
NRPA Certified Park and Recreation Professional preferred
A valid Colorado Driver's License that meets the Town of Windsor’s standards
