The Facilities, Operations & Events Coordinator will serve as an assistant to the Facilities, Operations & Events Management Team in the areas of game management, facility management and special projects. Specific duties: to include the coordination of approximately 200 guest relations staff; to conduct setups, breakdowns and other facility changeovers and will serve as the liason for Women’s Soccer, Wrestling, Softball and Band/Cheer/and Dance. Special event management will include B1G and NCAA Championships, and commencements and other duties to be assigned by the Facilities, Operations, & Events Management Team. Hourly position, overtime eligible. Bachelor's degree from college or university and experience in event management. Computer experience preferred (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, as assigned. Strong verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills.
