Under the direction of an assigned Recreation Manager, this position is responsible for all aspects of a variety of programs and services for youth (preschool – high school), adult and senior populations, including the Youth and Adult Sports Leagues, Field Rentals, Adaptive Recreation Leagues and Programs, Sports Summer Camps and other year round pay to play opportunities as they relate to sports. This position is a key liaison to District-wide youth sport partnerships and initiatives and as such may represent the organization in meetings, symposiums and coalitions in an effort to address gaps and implement collaborative strategies.

Bachelor's degree in recreation program administration or a related field and five (5) years increasingly responsible recreation or related experience. Experience leading and collaborating with external partnerships and a strong sports background preferred.
