This position is responsible for scheduling, maintenance, and budgeting for the Melbourne Auditorium, Front St. Civic Center, Citywide special events with sponsorships, and custodian personnel. Implements marketing initiatives to achieve optimal occupancy in rental Facilities and attendance at Special Events. Work is reviewed through attainment of program objectives, observation, reports and results obtained. Work requires flexible hours (nights and weekends).
Requires a Bachelors Degree in Recreation Administration or related field and three years of progressively responsible management/supervisory experience in a public recreation agency.
