As a Pool Field Supervisor for Midwest Pool Management, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, professional pool maintenance including regular maintenance and cleaning of municipal, commercial and private swimming pools. You will drive your own vehicle to our various pools on a flexible route and transport pool equipment and supplies as needed. This is a part-time seasonal position beginning in May and lasting into the fall to close and winterize pools at the end of the year.

Basic pool pump and filter maintenance, strong ability to troubleshoot problems
Maintain Chemical Levels, Testing Water, Adding Chemicals
Following chemical dosage charts, calculating, math skills
Maintenance of Salt Systems Preferred
Interact with pool owners in a professional manner
Drain, clean, winterize, install pool covers, stack and store furniture for winter
Previous swimming pool experience is desirable
Attention to detail
Ability to recognize and solve problems
Good Communication skills
Time management skills
A working and reliable cell phone with a camera and photo receiving/sending capabilities
Ability to follow GPS maps
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry 50lbs regularly, occasionally up to 100lbs as team lift
