Reporting to the Senior Associate Athletic Director, the Director of Revenue Operations is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the customer service/customer retention and operational aspects of specific revenue-generating streams of a NCAA Division I athletics program.
*Oversees all customer service and customer retention plans
*Member of the internal and external operations teams
*Manages the daily operations of the ticket office and all ticket sales and ticket operations for Men's and Women's Basketball, Baseball, Men's and Women's Soccer and Volleyball
*All ticket sales and operations related to the Eagle Club
*All operations and sales related to game day parking
*Performs routine office operations related to ticketing and facility rental
*Hires, trains and supervises student and box office staff
*Attends and works all ticketed events
*Manages and reviews all website content and functionality related to tickets, parking and facility rental
*Maintains season ticket database and ticketing platform
*Ensures revenue generation is maximized
*Acts as the Liaison for external group facility rental and ticketing requirements
*Performs other duties as assigned
Three (3) years of relevant work experience in ticketing in intercollegiate athletics or professional sports. Experience with multiple ticketing platforms, sales, or marketing preferred. Must be able to deliver exquisite customer service, have strong problem solving skills, computer skills, communication skills, writing skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with staff, student-athletes, and coaches from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
